CHEF AUTHOR RESTAURATEUR HOST ENTERPRISER MOTHER
Ramatou Fofana (“Ram”) is a professional chef with an extensive track record of creating numerous ventures, owning and operating six restaurant locations from 2009 to 2020, and providing catering services, and culinary education.
She is the author of two books: "From Home with Love" and "Around the Motherland."
Born in Burkina Faso, where she grew up intermittently between there and the Ivory Coast, Ramatou then went to explore the world from going to business school in France and The Netherlands. After graduating from a Masters in International Business, she migrated to the US.

To her, cooking doesn’t just bring people together. While eating is crucial to survival, cooking is what saved her life.
She was recently a contestant at the world food championship 2022 and 2023.
